Personal Injury: $100,000 Recovery For Motorcycle Accident

October 2013

Earl sustained various orthopedic injuries as a result of a hit and run accident in Albemarle, North Carolina.  Earl's motorcycle accident presented a common problem for significant personal injury claims: limited insurance coverage.  Earl sustained significant injuries.  His medical expenses mounted quickly.  As I expected, the Defendant only had $30,000 of liability insurance.

As always, I addressed my client's property damage issue promptly.  I understand my client needs transportation.

I guided Earl through his medical recovery.  We addressed his mounting medical bills.  I kept him informed regarding the status of his case, so he could focus on improving each day.  It was a long process.  However, Earl recovered quite well.

I recovered the full $30,000 liability policy limits from the Defendant's insurance company.  We then recovered the full $70,000 of underinsured proceeds under Earl's policy.  This $100,000 recovery compensated our client for his medical expenses, pain and suffering, etc.  Our efforts kept this tragedy from ruining Earl financially.
